One of the leading causes of preventable blindness in the United States, glaucoma has been called "the sneak thief of sight" because of a lack of any symptoms until the disease is very advanced. Routine eye examinations including dilation of the pupils is the only way to detect glaucoma at an early stage. Once diagnosed, specialized care can prevent blindness.

The Glaucoma Center at Omni Eye Services, offers patients and referring doctors state-of-the-art treatment and management of glaucoma. Douglas K. Grayson, M.D. provides surgical services to treat advanced glaucoma. Other glaucoma services offered include:
