Dr. Quinn completed his Bachelor's degree in Biology at Indiana University. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree at Pennsylvania College of Optometry where he received numerous scholarships and awards for his outstanding academic performance. He completed his internship at Fort Howard V.A. Medical Center, Baltimore MD in affiliation with the Wilmer Ophthalmology Institute and furthered his education with residency training at the same institution.
Dr. Quinn holds academic appointment at The New England College of Optometry, State University of New York College of Optometry, University of Houston College of Optometry, Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Southern College of Optometry and University of California Berkeley College of Optometry. Dr Quinn is actively involved with the American Optometric Association, New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, American Public Health Association - Vision Care Section, and the Mid-Jersey Optometry Society. Dr. Quinn is on the Medical Staff at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
Dr. Quinn has been extensively published in professional journals and books. He is the principal author of the American Optometric Association's Clinical Guideline on Care of the Patient with Conjunctivitis. He is currently a contributing editor to the Review of Optometry. He is a recognized authority and sought after to lecture nationally and internationally on the treatment of eye disease and co-management.

Dr. Grayson is a Magna cum Laude graduate of Brown University, where he completed a seven year medical program and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and an A.B. in Computer Science. He received his medical degree from Brown University Medical School where he earned several academic honors. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He pursued his residency in Ophthalmology at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary where he completed extensive training in phacoemulsification suture-less cataract surgery and received an award for outstanding research in glaucoma. He continued his education with a fellowship in the prestigious medical and surgical glaucoma program at the same institution.
A board-certified ophthalmologist, Dr. Grayson is a fellow of several professional associations including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Grayson is an attending surgeon at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital and Beth Israel Medical Center.
Dr. Grayson is the developer of the PhacoTilt technique for phaco emulsification cataract surgery and is the inventor of five instruments used in cataract surgery around the world. Dr. Wisotsky is an honors graduate from Yale University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He received high honors with his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. He trained in Ophthalmology at Montefiore Medical Center, and furthered his education with a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at the Kresge Eye Institute at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Wisotsky is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Wisotsky is a Fellow in the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the New Jersey Retina Society and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Milite is an attending physician at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and Beth Israel Medical Center in New York and is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology at the New York Medical College. Dr. Napolitano received his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1987 as an elected member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He served as Administrative Chief Resident during his senior year as a general ophthalmology resident at New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Napolitano then completed a two-year fellowship at the prestigious Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Dr. Napolitano is a board certified in the field of ophthalmology and a Fellow in the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is also a member of the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus and a member of the Operation Blessing International’s Flying Hospital flight crew. Dr. Napolitano has participated in multiple international medical missions. As a member of the surgical team performing eye surgery on the specially converted L-1011 jumbo jet he has participated in seven missions to eight cities around the world. He has lectured and shared expertise with ophthalmologists in several outstanding eye institutes including the world famous Microsurgical Eye Institute in Kiev, Ukraine. Other Flying Hospital missions he has participated in have included Mexico, India, Kazakhstan, Brazil, El Salvador, and Ecuador.
Dr. Napolitano has accepted an invitation to work on an international committee of eye care professionals, epidemiologists and medical educators formed by the International Special Olympics. They have been charged with producing a Global Curriculum to improve the evaluation and treatment of special needs children. The program will be used by teaching institutions around the world as a way to improve the level of vision care provided these challenging and to often neglected special needs patients.

Mitchell Vogel, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Mitchell Vogel, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, Diplomate of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Medical Association. He received his B.A. in Biology from Boston University and his M.S. in biological sciences with a concentration in Biochemistry from Drexel University in Philadelphia. He received his MD from Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ. Dr. Vogel completed an intensive three-year residency program at Nassau County Medical Center in New York in Ophthalmology where he was Chief Resident of the Department. He pursued advanced training as a Fellow at the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, specializing in cornea, external disease and keratorefractive surgery.
After training, he practiced with Ophthalmic Consultants of Tidewater in Virginia, where he developed a cornea-laser vision correction practice and helped found The Laser Optic Center in Norfolk. Dr. Vogel is the founder of new Jersey Vision Associates, P.C. and has been recognized as a Top Doctor by the Castle Connolly Guide for the New York Metro Area for the last 5 years. Dr. Vogel has had teaching appointments and has given lectures and presentations on the subject of corneal disorders and general topics in ophthalmology.

Dr. Harmer graduated from St. Peter’s College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1971. He completed his optometric training at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1975. Dr. Harmer joined Omni Eye Services as Clinical Director, The Dry Eye Center of Excellence at Omni Eye Services, West Orange, NJ.
Dr. Harmer currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians (NJSOP). He has worked as a member of the Advisory Board of Omni Eye Services and served as a member of the Clinical Director Advisory Group for TLC Vision. He was formerly the Clinical Director for TLC Vision Northern New Jersey.
Dr. Harmer is a valuable educator for the optometric community and has shared his clinical expertise in dry eye disease and refractive surgery co-management. Dr. Harmer is a highly sought after speaker, and frequently lectures to optometric physicians nationwide.

Dr. Veliky is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Optometric Association. He has been an officer of the Bergen-Passaic Society of Optometric Physicians since 1995, serving as President since 1997. Dr. Veliky recently served two consecutive terms as President of The New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, and serves on both the Clinical Care and Legislative Committees. He is honored to serve as adjunct faculty at the New England College of Optometry, SUNY College of Optometry, Pennsylvania College of Optometry, University of Houston College of Optometry, Inter-American University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry and UC Berkeley College of Optometry.
A recipient of several prestigious awards, Dr. Veliky was named New Jersey Society of Optometric Physician's Young Optometrist of the Year in 1998. Dr. Insinga graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Insinga completed his Optometric training at the State University of New York, State College of Optometry and performed internships at Castle Point Veterans Administration Hospital and Omni Eye Specialists of Baltimore. He then completed a residency in ocular disease at Omni Eye Services of New Jersey.
Dr. Insinga is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. He has served as Secretary, Vice President and President of the Tri-County Society of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Insinga has also been inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. His academic appointments include acting as an adjunct clinical professor for institutions such as the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, State University of New York; State College of Optometry, and Ohio State College of Optometry.
Dr. Insinga frequently lectures to optometrists throughout the New York Metropolitan area. He has published a feature article in the June 2001 issue of Review of Optometry discussing the diagnosis and management of post-cataract surgery complications. Dr. Insinga’s expert commentary was included in the July 2007 issue of Review of Optometry discussing the post operative management of the trabeculectomy as well as the glaucoma drainage implant patient.
Dr. Insinga is the Center Director of Omni Eye Service’s Parsippany office. He has served a key role in the center’s development and growth through his commitment to excellence in patient care.
George W. Veliky, O.D.

Dr. Veliky graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society, and completed the college honors program with a research project on the leading causes of blindness. He further completed his optometric education at the New England College of Optometry and is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa. Post graduation he completed a one-year residency at Omni Eye Services (NJ) specializing in ocular disease and, upon completion, was asked to remain on staff as consultative optometrist. He assumed the role of center director of the Iselin office in 2004, a position he still holds today.
Dr. Veliky is a member of several professional optometric organizations, including the American Optometric Association and the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. He is President of the Mid Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, and heads the continuing education section of that same local chapter. He is a member of several committees within the state optometric society including the Clinical Care Committee, Industry Relations Committee, and the Young OD Task Force, a new program whose goal is to educate recent optometric grads on the benefits of membership to their state society. As a teacher of 4th year externs from differing colleges of optometry, he holds the position of adjunct faculty for New England College of Optometry, Pennsylvania College of Optometry, The Ohio State University- College of Optometry, and SUNY College of Optometry. Dr. Veliky is also a lifetime member of the Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanities (VOSH), and is involved in the "Opening Eye's" program for the New Jersey chapter of the summer games at the Special Olympics.
Dr. Veliky is committed to expanding the educational experience for all of the students and doctors he works with, and is the Director of the Residency program at Omni Eye Services. He recently co-authored a major article on Angle Closure Glaucoma in the July 2006 issue of Review of Optometry and has lectured to numerous optometric societies throughout the state of New Jersey. He also holds periodic workshops and lectures in the Iselin office for the educational benefit of his fellow peers.

Dr. La Fata is a graduate of the SUNY State College of Optometry, where she received the Scott Folsom Scholarship and was a member of the National Honor Society. Post graduation, Dr. La Fata completed a residency through the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in ocular disease at Omni Eye Services of New Jersey and Omni Eye Surgery of New York where she specialized in ocular disease. Dr. La Fata joined Omni Eye Services as consultative optometrist in 2006. Dr. La Fata specializes in diagnosis and management of ocular disease for adults and the geriatric population. She is currently licensed to practice optometry in New York and New Jersey. Dr. La Fata holds an Adjunct Clinical Faculty position at both the SUNY State College of Optometry and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians.

Dr. Marcolini graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Microbiology. While in optometry school at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Dr. Marcolini traveled to Guatemala on a mission to bring eye care to the underprivileged. After optometry school, he completed an ocular disease residency at Omni Eye Services and was invited to become a full time consultative optometrist.
Dr. Marcolini serves optometry on both a state and local level. He is currently a member of the American Optometric Association and has recently been appointed Vice President of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. In addition he is a member of the Clinical Care Committee, chair of the industry relations committee and serves currently as the vice-president for his local society, the Tri-County Society of Optometric Physicians.
Currently he enjoys adjunct faculty status at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, SUNY College of Optometry, University of California-Berkeley College of Optometry, Ohio State College of Optometry and the New England College of Optometry.
Dr. Marcolini has been published in Review of Ophthalmology and Optometric Management. He has lectured nationally on various topics in ocular disease at the meetings of the American Optometric Association, SECO and the American Academy of Optometry. In 2003 he became a Fellow in the Academy.

She is responsible for pre and post-operative patient management. Dr. Crapanzano assists Omni's OD's and MD's in the clinical care of their patients. Dr. Crapanzano has been an active volunteer in Special Olympics Services to Humanities (VOSH) where he is involved in the "Opening Eye's" program for the New Jersey chapter of the Special Olympics summer games.
