The cornea is the clear front surface of the eye, and its clarity is essential for good vision. Infections, inflammations, degenerations, and dystrophies can all affect the cornea, and inadequate treatment can lead to corneal scarring and severe loss of vision.
Under the direction of Martin Fox, M.D., F.A.C.S., Omni offers patients and referring doctors a full range of medical and surgical services for patients with diseases of the cornea. Omni Eye Services also offers the expertise of our consultative cornea and refractive surgeon, Mitchell Vogel, M.D., F.A.C.S.; he is available to see patients at our Springfield and Iselin locations.
