Tearing, eyelid tumors, traumatic injury to the eyelids, and cosmetic improvements to the ultrathin skin of the eyelids require specialized training.

Under the direction of James P. Milite, M.D., Omni provides patients and referring doctors medical and surgical services to manage deformities and abnormalities of the eyelids, the lacrimal system, the orbit, and the adjacent face, including:

• Surgical repair of entropion, ectropion, ptosis, and trichiasis
• Repair of dermatochalasis and blepharochalasis
• Cosmetic blepharoplasty
• Co2 laser skin resurfacing
• Botox injections for blepharospasm
• Excision and repair of tumors of the eyelids, conjunctiva, and orbit
• Management of disorders of the lacrimal system, including dacrocystorhinostomy
• Reconstructive surgery following traumatic injury

Our offices are fully equipped with the latest equipment for providing this broad range of oculoplastic services, including the CO₂ laser. We also use the Kelman radiosurgery device, which allows us to perform many of these procedures in the office and minimizes bleeding and scarring.
